This notice describes how Proclaim Community Hub handles information submitted through its website program and event registration forms, and how its Google mail connection is used for website notifications.
Information we collect
Registration information may include your team name, participants’ names, contact email address and phone number, along with any information you choose to provide in a form. Please provide only information needed for your registration.
How information is used
We use registration details to administer programs and events, contact participants, answer questions and manage related follow-up. Website submissions are stored in WordPress and registration notifications are sent to info@proclaimcommunityhub.ca.
Google email connection
Our website uses WP Mail SMTP and a Google account authorized by a site administrator to deliver website emails. Google account information and authorization tokens are used to establish and maintain this connection. Google displays the permissions requested when the account is connected. Registration details included in notification emails are processed through Google’s email service.
Spam protection and service providers
Forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated spam. Google may process technical information about your interaction with the form. Website hosting, WordPress and Google services process information needed to operate the website and deliver these services. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Access and retention
Registration records are accessible to authorized administrators and are kept to administer registrations and related follow-up. Please contact us about access, corrections or deletion of information you have submitted.
